The Somerville Theater is the rockingest place

Hold on to your fucking hats because guess who I saw last night. Thats right, Dr. Katz!!! And not only the good Doctor himself, but Ben. Thats right H. Jon Benjamin. I can feel your jealously. Gander at my pictures and videos.

Fantastic concert

I just got back from an amazing concert. Luckily I live near many venues which host great musicians. I went to the Somerville Theater tonight, which is about a mile from where I live. They have about 4 small screens for playing movies and about a 750-1000 seat auditorium. I saw Angelo Spencer, L'Orchidee D'Hawaii, and Kimya Dawson. Such great music. French indie rock (?), French surfer music, and American anti-folk (?) respectively. You probably know Kimya Dawson from the Juno soundtrack. She is simply amazing.

Best RPG evar

Quick catch up: things on my mind

1.) Singing along with the radio in your car; listening to your iPod while you work out; streaming last.fm at work; shuffling iTunes while you surf the net: There is something qualitatively different about sitting in a dark room and listening to vinyl with a pair of cans (i.e. good headphones). I hope people don't forget that.

2.) I may be an alcoholic

3.) I love waking up at 3 a.m., thinking that it is time to get up for work, but then realizing that I have four more hours to sleep.

4.) I am embarrassingly proud of the fact that a stranger at a bar bet me I couldn't chug a pitcher and I did. (See number 2).

5.) If you have pets, there is a good chance I like them more than I like you. Not to slight you, but most of time I connect with animals better than humans. If I am at a new place, and there is a cat or dog, chances are that I will spend 90% of my time playing with them and 10% of the time trying to meet people.
